Hello I am Alessandra, I am Italian and since 2018 I started my home microenterprise “Oro E Tradizione Antica”, where I produce fresh pasta made by hand based on the Tradizione Emiliana.
I have always been inspired by the wisdom of my grandmother Dora in working with eggs and flour, while I was there with her. My grandmother told me her secrets and taught me how to pass on all her love and knowledge.
I never abandoned the desire to continue along this path, and so I decided to continue to keep her wisdom alive by opening the micro-enterprise.
Every day I produce tortellini, tortelloni, tagliatelle, lasagne, maccheroni al pettine and much more at the request of the customer.
It is like being inside a perfect piece of art, combined by the homemade notes of the eggs that break, the flour that rests and the rolling pin that smoothes the dough.
I never get tired of repeating day after day the same movements, or smell the same scents and of making my products and because of that I am always in constant search of the best quality ingredients Made in Italy, and the omnipresent desire to learn and experience new things.
Carrying on the memory of the Italian tradition of quality is fundamental, my desire is to make known my product, yet even before the love and passion that can be handed down through the gestures of a lifetime.
